SHIPPING POLICY
1. APPLICABLE FORM:
Delivery at warehouse: loading and unloading costs will be borne by Thanh Thinh
Delivery at the receiving location: The remaining cases will be charged for delivery according to the shipping fee table of the 3rd party shipping unit or according to the company's fee table
This cost will be notified and confirmed by the company to the customer before the customer makes payment and the company proceeds to ship the goods
2. DELIVERY TIME:
After agreeing on the order and payment method according to the needs. We will deliver the goods within 1-2 days within Ho Chi Minh City
In case the Customer is in the suburbs, we will deliver the goods according to the shipping unit information requested by the Customer. Or send the goods via the Cargo or freight forwarding service with the nearest headquarters to the Customer's address.
Delivery time is from 24 hours to 72 hours (1 - 3 days) depending on the geographical location.
Upon receipt of the goods, the Customer is responsible for checking the quantity, quality, packaging and labels of the goods according to the order requirements.
Note:
In some objective cases, the Company may delay delivery due to force majeure conditions such as bad weather, unfavorable traffic conditions, vehicle breakdown on the delivery route, problems during the shipping process.

3. RESPONSIBILITY FOR TRANSPORTED GOODS.
The Customer is responsible for checking the goods upon receipt. When discovering damaged, scratched, broken, dented, or incorrect goods, sign to confirm the condition of the goods with the Delivery Staff and immediately notify the Customer Service Department via the Company's hotline: 0983738234.
After you have signed to receive the goods without making any notes or comments about the goods. The Company is not responsible for any requests for return due to damage, scratches, breakage, dented, incorrect goods, etc. from you later.
If the shipping service is designated and selected by you, you will be responsible for the goods and risks such as loss or damage of the goods during the transportation process from the company's warehouse to you. The customer will be responsible for the freight and related losses.
