Return and refund policy
1. Cases where goods can be returned:
The product is broken, scratched, or deformed during transportation.
The product is damaged due to transportation and storage errors.
The actual product does not have the same specifications as the product ordered by the customer such as size, color, shape, etc.
The product does not match the information posted on the website such as image, color, ingredients, etc.
2. Regulations on returning goods
For retail customers who purchase directly, the time/validity for returning goods is 7 days from the day the customer receives the goods. After 7 days according to the prescribed time, we will not agree to return the goods.
Customers still retain information about the products purchased from us such as sales invoices, delivery notes, and warehouse receipts.
The product must be in the original box, with original labels and packaging as when the customer received the goods.
The product does not show any signs of use. If the product is found to have been used, we have the right to refuse to return it to the customer.
3. Exchange/Refund method:
